If activities are oversubscribed we will be transparent and fair in our solving of numbers issues.
We will, also, endeavour to see that children who miss out are, if reasonably possible, made up in some small way.

In the event of there being too many applications for places on our Summer Camp or for activities such as day trips, preference will be given to children who:
1. Can attend on all 5 Summer camp days.
2. Are children of active Summer Camp volunteers.
3. Clearly live in the Upperlands/Innisrush/Tamlaght/Culnady area.
If these criteria do not solve number issues, the order in which places were booked on this website will be used to decide 'ties'.
